Solid Waste Holiday Closures

The City of Helena Transfer Station, Lewis and Clark County Landfill and the Marysville Transfer Site (when the holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday) will be closed the following days:

Monday, January 1, 2024 - New Year's Day

Monday, January 15, 2024 - Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Monday, February 19, 2024 - President's Day

Monday, May 27, 2024 - Memorial Day

Wednesday, June 19, 2024 - Juneteenth - Transfer Station closed/Lewis & Clark County Landfill open

Thursday, July 4, 2024 - Independence Day 

Monday, September 2, 2024 - Labor Day

Monday, October 14, 2024 - Indigenous Peoples' Day

Friday, November 11, 2024 - Veteran's Day

Monday, November 28, 2024 - Thanksgiving Day

*Friday, November 29, 2024 - City of Helena Transfer Station administrative offices closed 

Wednesday, December 25, 2024 - Christmas Day

Wednesday, January 1, 2025 - New Year's Day
