StrongPeople Strong Bodies is a FREE strength training program designed for mid-life and older adults. These classes include progressive resistance training, balance training and flexibility exercises. Beginner and intermediate options available!

Beginner Classes

Every Tuesday starting February 27th through May 30th at 9:00 a.m.

No meetings on March 12th and April 23rd
