City-County Opioid Abatement Committee

The City of Helena and Lewis & Clark County adopted a Memorandum of Understanding to create an ad hoc committee to serve as the City-County Opioid Abatement Review Committee for the Montana Opioid Abatement Trust program. This committee consists of five members, three being elected officials from City of Helena, City of East Helena, and Lewis and Clark County, and two community members appointed by the City of Helena and Lewis and Clark County, respectively. The Committee will be responsible for reviewing and recommending eligible opioid abatement project applications from the Lewis and Clark Metro Abatement Region to the Trust. Member terms are three years.
